Dan Savery Raz is a writer, journalist and editor from England. Based in Tel Aviv, Dan co-authored the Lonely Planet Israel & the Palestinian Territories guide book, Best in Travel, Happy, Street Food and Great Escapes. He has written articles for the BBC, HaAretz, Time Out, EasyJet Traveller and The Jerusalem Report. Back in the UK Dan was Deputy Editor of the in-flight magazine for Flybe and Senior Staff Writer for A Place in the Sun magazine in association with Channel 4. Dan also founded the StanzAviv collective that published The Last Stanza poetry anthology to raise funds for African refugees. In 2017, his debut novel, The Qwerty Man, was released on Amazon.
